Brandon Fugal

Brandon D. Fugal is a distinguished business leader and Chairman of Colliers International in Utah. A former EY Entrepreneur of the Year, he previously co-founded Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, leading it to international acclaim. With a decade-long recognition as CCIM Utah Office Broker of the Year, Brandon’s expertise extends beyond real estate into various entrepreneurial ventures, including co-founding companies like Cypher, Axcend, and Texas Growth Fund. He has also been involved in significant development projects such as the North Shore of Oahu and Skinwalker Ranch in Utah. A Utah Valley University alumnus and active community member, Brandon serves on multiple boards and, along with his wife Kristen, is committed to philanthropy.
